Not able to activate my global pass - ''something went wrong''

Hi

I have installed Rail Planner App, and added 4 pass number 

I added some trip which is in future dates but I am not able to activate it.

error is “Something went wrong”

Please try again, or contact customer service if this keep happening.

First install any app updates.

If that doesn't help, enable error logging via More > Settings, scroll to the bottom.

Then contact customer service and give them all details. Also mention your travel date so they can prioritise correctly.
