OBB QR Code

I recently booked an ÖBB train ticket for myself and a friend. The booking confirmation email explicitly states that the ticket is booked for both of us (2 adults).

However, when I downloaded the PDF ticket, it only generated a single page with one single QR code. Only my name (as the lead passenger) is printed on the ticket.

On previous ÖBB bookings, I have always received separate PDFs or separate QR codes for each traveller, so I'm a bit confused.

Does anyone know if this single QR code acts as a "master" code that covers both passengers? Or is each traveller strictly required to have their own unique, separate QR code?

Thanks in advance for the help!

It's quite normal that a ticket or reservation is for multiple passengers, and only lists one name.

If it's a ticket, it should say at the top right for how many passengers it is.

If it's a reservation, then it will state in the middle which seat numbers in which carriage you have booked.

Does it say anything about the number of passengers on that single document?

Does it list out 1 or 2 reserved seat numbers?
