Hello, I requested an exchange of 2 interrail passes (photos sent by email on May 5, 2021) and sent my passes by post. How do I get the new PASS please? I want to use them between August 27 and September 11, 2022. I've been emailing about this for a while and never got a response. We would like to organize our vacation because the dates are approaching! Thanks for your feedback

An exchange starts with you buying the new pass. You can't request an exchange if you haven't bought the new passes.
