Hi everyone,

I haven't found the answer to my problem in the community yet.

I will be traveling in August for my first Interrail trip with a 5-day Global Pass. I plan to depart from Rome (Italy is my home country) on an Intercity Train to Trieste, and then take a bus to Croatia. This way, I would use one day (out of the 5) of my pass.

My question is: am I obligated to use the inbound journey as well? Or can I use the outbound journey without using the inbound one, and consequently return to my country by plane?

There is no obligation to use the inbound or outbound journey.
