Paid for my mobile pass but didnt recieve any confirmation email

I had purchased 2 mobile passes for me and my friend and didn’t receive any email for confirmation. I am already on my trip and will be leaving to my next destination soon. We are worried and don’t know what to do. I tried to resend my confirmation email but when I log in it says I have no pass purchases or orders or anything and in my bank account I paid for both.

You need to contact Customer Support. Use this form and say that you are currently travelling.

I have done so a few times and still haven’t gotten anything but thank you

i have the same issue i paid for mobile pass but nothing about purchase no email no history.couldnt contact wiht customer service dont know what to do

Did you fill in this form? Did you mention when your trip will start? It is not enough to write that it is urgent.
