Purchased paper ticket 25-04-2022. When do you receive the tracking code? Checking daily and no code sent. On receipt it says fulfillment in progress.

Hi. I have a similar problem right now and I would like to ask you if eventually you got the tracking number later? I booked seat reservations a couple days ago from Barcelona to Lyon but I haven’t received neither any confirmation email nor it shows up in the reservation overview. 


You get the tracking code once the Eurail staff has handed over the paper passes or paper reservation to PostNL.

Can there be an issue with your address? I had that problem. I'm in a hurry now. I'll explain more tonight.
