Paper pass sent back, due to travel in 1 week

URGENT! My paper pass was sent back to the Netherlands as they couldn’t find my delivery address in the UK. I am due to leave on May 23rd, is there any way I can get my paper pass in time? Thank you!

I have contacted them via the link + Twitter + Facebook last week, but still have not heard anything
