On or before Aug 8th...I think .....why would it take so long? So what do I do, since no one even replies to me at Eurail
If you ordered regardless, then I'm afraid there's not much that can be done, except for requesting a refund. Or at best an exchange with a 15€ fee when you buy e.g. a mobile pass instead. Check this page:

They had a massive sale at the beginning of May (50% off because Interrail existed 50 years) and together with the increased post-COVID travel this summer, they have much more to ship via the post and that is causing these delays.
