MOBILE PASS - i’m leaving the US in afew days, i purchased my global pass along with a moble app. however my paper ticket will not arrive in time, can i just use a mobile pass when i arrive in Paris?

You booked a Paper or Mobile Eurail pass?
What do you mean by paper ticket? Maybe Reservations? Paper Reservations cant be showed on the phone 
you need these Paper Reservations as proof that its the seat you paid for :/
