hello,

I live in Belgium and I want to go France only in July. Do I have access to the pass 1 country? Because I’m leaving from Brussels, si I don’t know; Thank you

The One Country Pass France is only valid in France so you need a normal ticket from your home town to the French border.

You can book for the TGVs Brussels-France at Ticket offices of SNCB/NMBS a special fare for people that have only a valid pass in France and not in Belgium. For Thalys it is not possible, but maybe I'm wrong.

That is correct, for Thalys on an international journey you need pass or passes that cover the entire journey.
