I am not born in EU countries but I have my resident permit here in Austria, currently I am the int. student here which pass should I choose Interrail pass or Eurail pass? Another question is for one country pass, I do only France but the train route cross Germany - is it okay?

You can find more information here:

One country passes for France are not valid in Germany. You must buy a ticket to the first French station where the train stops if you take a TGV or an ICE, for example Strasbourg, or to the border station with a regional train.

Check if a Global Pass is cheaper as an OCP for France and the ticket for Austria and Germany.
