Hi, we have booked two 1 months passes for December 13 to January 13 in Switzerland and activated them as we were almost about to leave for the trip. However due to new restrictions we couldn’t travel anymore… we paid a lot of money and would be really pity if it all went to waste. The pass is active and the first travel day already passed but it has never used… is there a way to refund it or move it to another time considering these extraordinary circumstances?

The best is to contact customer service. Maybe they'll undo your activation, so you can activate it again later.

For any next trip: do NOT activate your pass or any travel days unless you're sure you're going to use it. That will avoid situations like this.

I usually activate my pass a few hours before leaving or maybe the night before but not earlier.
