Hi, I’m going to buy a mobile 2-month pass. But if I then make an advance reservation through the app on, for example, the Eurostar or any other train where I need to book a seat well in advance, will that activate the pass for that date?

The app does not do reservations; it will only forward to websites where you can book.
Making a reservation will not activate the pass.
