Pass activation not possible

Hi all,

 

I am trying to activate my pass and I´m at step 3 where I have to type in my passport number. However, the app only provides me with a numerical keyboard. My German passport number only has 1 number in it though, the rest are letters. How can I activate my pass now? Interrail is a bit ignorant, being a European project, not taking into account different passport numbers in the indivual countries.

That is not a problem with the App it´s a problem with your Device.
As the keyboard is from the “Smartphone”
i´ve got a standard keyboard layout when i activated my pass :)

That is not a problem with the App it´s a problem with your Device.
As the keyboard is from the “Smartphone”
i´ve got a standard keyboard layout when i activated my pass :)

I'd try Googling something like: <phone brand> change keyboard

I have a problem. I have bought a pass for my mother, all things are correct but it says “activation not possible” when I look at her pass in my overview. What might be the problem? What step may I have forgotten to do? Thank you for all your help and support.

I've never seen that.

  1. On what date did you buy it?
  2. What kind of pass is it?
  3. What is the latest activation date mentioned in the confirmation e-mail?
