I’m trying to order a train to and from Belgium and since I can’t do it through the eurail site I need to do it through b-Europe.com but they require a pass cover number and I have a mobile pass. I have sent a private message to Magdalena but have gotten no answer. Please help.

That's tomorrow. If you're currently in France, just go to a ticket office.
You can also call SNCF. Press #85 for English.
For Brussels to Amsterdam, you can save 20€ if you use the intercity train. It runs every hour, no reservations.
For which train (origin, destination, date, departure time)?
We’re going to take THA9369 from Paris Nord at 17:25 to Bruxelles Midi on June 4.
Then THA9415 from Bruxelles MIDI at 09:52 to Amsterdam Centraal on June 6.
