Hi there, 

 

I am trying to book a trip from London to Amsterdam however it requires a pass cover number, which I do not have. I have a mobile pass. 

I saw in previous posts that @Nanja was able to assist with this though I’m not sure if there is another way as well.

Yes, @Nanja or @Marion or someone else of the Eurail Team will come to you after the weekend, you should also be able to buy the reservation via eurail.com reservation service. 

 

You can also ask via Customer Service your Paper Pass Cover Number.
