Dear Interrail-Team,
we urgently need a Pass Cover Number for our son. We are not able to book a seat reservation for him in France. It is not possible at our train station in Germany and it is not possible via the Eurail Website.
Therefor we would need the Pass Cover Number and I would ask you to send us the number. It would be so helpful if you could send us this pass Cover number.
I could send you all the mobile pass numbers directly!

You can also call SNCF to book. Press #85 for English, no booking fee, no pass cover number needed, reservations are sent via e-mail.
A pass cover number can be requested via customer service. They are quite busy, so it can take a while.
You need to contact Customer Support, preferably through this form, and ask for the Pass Cover Number.

Customer Support is currently overloaded with requests so you will probably have to be patient to get help. Please let Customer Support know what date your sons travel will start or if he currently is travelling so that they can prioritise the request correctly.
You should be able to book French trains by phone at SNCF. No need of Pass Cover Number.
