I urgently need a pass cover number to book a seat reservation for my upcoming trip in less than a week

I’ve already tried contacting customer support but had no response

Any help would be greatly appreciated

If you write which trains you are trying to make a reservation on you might get advice on how to book without the need of a Pass Cover Number.
