Pass Cover Number needed

Hello, I am trying to book this connection via ticket.b-europe.com: 18.06.2022, Dax (8:29) - Paris Montparnasse 1 Et 2 (11:54). It’s not possible to book via Interrail. Now I need a Pass Cover Number (I have a Mobile Pass). I have already contacted Customer Support through the form and asked for it but they’re very busy at the moment. Thanks in advance.

You need to contact Customer Support through this form and asked for the Pass Cover Number.

You could hopefully be able to book by phone at SNCF. No need of Pass Cover Number.
