Pass disappeared from the App

My name is Masumi Miura.
I bought a Global Pass from an official Eurail site.
Date of purchase: March 4, 2023
Senior 2 people Yukihiko Miura, Masumi Miura
Seat class: 1st
Deadline for procedures to start using: February 4, 2024

Our scheduled trip start date is April 26, 2023 for him.
"Masumi Miura" disappeared from My Pass on my smartphone.
Yukihiko Miura is OK.
Is the global pass valid?
Please tell me how to display it again.

Please remove all personal data immediately. You are not allowed to display personal data in the Community.

If a pass disappeared from the app, try the following:

  1. Make sure you have a good internet connection.
  2. Check for any app updates.
  3. Restart the app.
  4. Restart your phone.
  5. Check the device settings.
  6. If that doesn't help, add the pass again in the app.
  7. If that still doesn't help, contact customer service. Mention your start date, so they can prioritise your request correctly. And check which information to include.
