pass disappeared mid trip

Hi, currently on a train to Munich and both our passes have disappeared and I can’t add them manually. Help!

That's a pretty serious bug. Reach out to customer services through https://eurail.zendesk.com/hc/en-001/requests/new so they can investigate.

Interrailing seems difficult at first sight, but it's pretty amazing.

Have you restarted the phone?

Have you switched the phone to flight mode?

Have you deleted and reinstalled the Railplanner app?
