Pass disconnects from trip after journey starts

Hello. We’ve just set off as a family of five with mobile passes on my phone. On the first journey, my pass became removed from my phone. Not sure how. I have readers it successfully but it links to “My Trip” default not the Interrail adventure trip I created and duplicated. Any way to reconnect it? I’m getting the message that a pass count be connected to a different trip once travel has started. But it was connected to the other trip when we set off!!

  1. Go to My Pass.
  2. If you still see your pass, select it.
  3. Tap on "Go to My Trip”.

That's then the trip that's connected to your pass and that you need to use to add your journeys to. Your pass can be connected to one trip only, and that should be the trip you selected during the activation process.

If your pass is not listed under My Pass, then tap on the + at the bottom right and add your pass again, using the pass number from the confirmation email.
