Pass doesn't show up on website

I have a Rail Pass, and want to make seat reservations.  But I can’t seem to do it in the app. I tried on the website, but my trips do not show up in order to make a reservation.  Any suggestions?

Which Route/train? on which date? Maybe we can suggest the websites to reserve directly with the Railcompanies (you safe the servicefee of Eurail for Reservations)

I´ am not working for Eurail or Interrail i just share my knowledge here. Please ask in the Community and not via private message as this is the fastest way to get an answer. I prefer English/German/ Czech for my answers. In case of Reservationquestions please share some details like Route, Date, Trainnumber as otherwise we can just provide general advices or answers
