We like to travel with a 7 days pass between France, Belgium, UK and Germany is the TGV include or a option. The travel use by days or in/out by destination ?

Yes, you can use the TGV. You’ll need to pay €10 or €20 reservation fee for any domestic journey in France (more for international journeys). You’ll also need reservations for the Eurostar, and any TGV or ICE which crosses the French-German border.
