Hi I requested a caregiver pass because my son has a Interrail pass and has a disability which has been accepted, but interrail are requesting the 'Original order number' which they say starts with IN or EU followed by 8 digits. I can't find such details anywhere so can someone direct me to the right place please. The only number that comes close is his Pass Cover number which starts with 'I' followed by 8 digits, is this the 'original order number' that Interrail are requesting?
