Pass shows more days used then booked


Hello!

I booked a 7 day pass and I cancelled a travel day and my pass is now showing I have used 2/7 days even though I have no trips booked. My travel dates are in June so I’m well ahead of cancellation policy. Has this happened to anyone else? And how do you gain these days back?

How did you cancel the travel day? Did you go to My Pass, select the travel day and then tap on "Cancel travel day”? What happens if you do that now for travel day 2?

Yes that's how I cancelled. This is my first time using the Eurorail pass and I'm worried I've somehow lost 2 days of travel.

The dotted circles suggest that travel days 2 and 3 are active but without any journeys.

  1. What does it say when you select travel day 3? Does it show a date? If yes, can you cancel it?
  2. If you can cancel travel day 3, then try the same with travel day 2.
