Hello! Im planning to interrail from the 5th to the 15th of july. Ill be visiting Amsterdam, Berlin, Krakow, Budapest and Vienna. Does the global pass allow me to go in public transportation in any of those cities? Meaning, trams, buses etc…

No.
Only exception would be sometimes suburban/regional trains around the city (S-Bahn in Germany for example).
