Pass Validity Started Early

Hey! I put me and my moms (who’s pass I put in this request) passes in the Mobile app, and i put them about two weeks ago. The problem is, i put same days, mut the app put my moms start date at 25. April when it was supposed to start at 25 June. I noticed it just now and Its too Late to change it. I was sure i put our dates at the same time and the validity has started but we have Planned the trip in july and not now. My own pass is at the right time but hers isn’t. I am underage and I don’t want to ruin this trip because of the apps mistake on my Phone. Can someone change my moms date to 25. June, we have not used Any on the days or bought Any train tickets yet. It was a mistake from the app and I would like to change the date.

And you should never activate the pass in advance. You should wait with activating until the day of your first travel day.

Thanks, but i assumed it was neccesary since it was the first thing it asked me to do when I opened the app
