Pass wrongly not valid for the date


Hi,

I bought two Greek Islands passes (4 days in a month passes) to use for ferries. I booked 3 out of 4, and I’m not able to book the last one : my passes start on the 2nd of July, and the ferry I want is on the 3rd. When trying to book it, the website says “Document not valid for the date”, and I don’t see why ?

Does anyone know what to do ? I’ve sent several emails to support without answer.

When you write "the website says”, which website do you mean?

The ferry booking website. I have managed to find a solution with the ferry company now (not thanks to Interrail)

I suppose by mailing or calling the ferry company.
