Hi, I just bought my paper global pass.
I wanted to connect my pass to the interrail app, but it won’t connect. My passnumber is also not 1 letter, but 2 followed by 8 digits. the app tells me that my passnumber doens’t look right.
Does anyone know how i can fix this? or is my ordernumber different from my passnumber? if yes, when will i know what my passnumber is?
