I've just payed my 15d/2m pass BUT in my account i see the ended day 11 of January!?
What's happened?

What does it say on your confirmation e-mail?
Where do you see the information about your pass being valid until the 11th of January.
When do you plan to travel? Have you activated your pass?
Just a suggestion, you have 11 months to activate your pass which would be Nov 11 2023, and then 2 months to use it so the very last day of travel would be Jan 11th 2024. (Or obviously 2 months after you activate and start travelling.)
