Phone Broken mobile pass

Hi!

I broke my phone and it is a complete brick, so I am unable to transfer the pass. I have bought a new phone so I just need my pass to be disconnected from my old phone so I can add it to my new phone can someone please help!

You need to contact customer services by filling in a request here:

Make sure you include your travel time and all details necessary to process your request; email, pass number, name.
