Bus, or bus+ Circumvesuviana train, changing at Sorrento - not included in the Eurail pass.
www.rome2rio.com is a good place to find journeys like this.
Pompei Scavi Villa Dei Misteri station on the Circumvesuviana line is right next to the ruins.
