@Eurail Community Moderator The app downloads continuously the tickets, but this never ends, or ends with an error message (time-out?) and the app starts again the download. A restart of the app doesn’t solve this problem. In my case, the pass was already activated and and I can see the tickets.

EDIT: On iOS 26.2.1

Try restarting the phone. If that doesn't help, then maybe uninstall/reinstall helps? You shouldn't loose any data.

If that doesn't fix the issue and you need help fast, then it's probably best to contact customer support.

I don't have this problem (yet) on Android, but I see that the latest Android version is currently still 50.37.0.

@rvdborgt Thanks for the answer. I will try later because I’m currently shortly after Hannover and I don’t want to loose my ticket until Basel.

First defective point (Weichenstörung...).
