There is no phone number to call.

Make sure that the AdBlock is disabled for all pages, not only for eurail.com.

And if you install a whole new browser, like Mozilla Firefox?

I think there are some Eurail sellers somewhere in North America, but I’m absolutely not familiar with it. Maybe someone of the staff knows this @Mukhammad@Sarah W

OMG! I have went as far as the consierge to book these tickets with no help. I’ve changed all the settings in my computer. I’ve downloaded and used different browsers, called my bank numerous times, messaged the community (which is very useful for my next frustrating and mind boggling quest) and everyone has been magnificent and so very helpful and I am trying to be optimistic. I used PayPal. Typed my card in and said pay and it went through. I received an email from eurail for confirmation and I’m still in disbelief. I am eagerly awaiting an email that says something went wrong! Now onto the reservations 🙄😖😭

thank you everyone. I’m sure it’s not the last you heard of me

@thibcabe when I book, can I put London to Paris or do I have to book a stop inbetween and use another train or does it do that for me?
do I have to book everyone single or does it matter with the age difference. Our kids are between 12-26

Seat reservations cost the same for everyone. For London to Paris, the best website is:

https://www.b-europe.com/EN/Booking/Pass#TravelWish

You can just enter London to Paris.

You guys are gonna get sick of me.
I purchased first class global pass. When booking reservations do not have to purchase first class again?

You choose 1st class seat reservations yes (38€ for Eurostar). Eurostar is kind of expensive but 1st class tickets are easily 200-300€.

You can also travel in 2nd class but there's no point in doing that, esp. for Eurostar :)

With a 1st class pass you also get free optional seat reservations in Germany and to go to Belgium through tickets.oebb.at but more on that later.

(Edit : if you'd like precise help about availability or such, let us know your travel date)

We are in Germany for a week and renting a car (next booking) my husband has family there. Am I booking Paris to rosenheim on this site also?

No it's not possible on b-europe's link.

However book London - Paris and Lille/Brussels - Paris at once, that way you save booking fees. And to add : on Eurostar you get a small meal included in 1st class (very rare nowadays) ! :)

To book Paris - Stuttgart : either you book on eurail.com (2€ fee per person) or you call SNCF : 30€ seat reservation.

If you're fine with taking a TGV to Strasbourg and then a regional train across the border (about 1h longer in total), use this link : https://travel.b-europe.com/Eurail-GE/en/booking-tgv#TravelWish

It'll save you a lot of money : 10€ per person (or 20€ if the 10€ fare has sold out but unlikely so long in advance) compared to 30€ per person…

For Stuttgart - Munich (- Rosenheim) use tickets.oebb.at : add Eurail as a discount and select one-way tickets. That way you have free reservations.

Oh, dang. I just booked Eurostar London to Paris without illes/Brussels. Or do you mean when we go to Bruges? If so. I think I’m too late. I already have the e ticket

No I meant for the return leg, to save 4€ booking fee. But don't worry, you can still book Lille or Brussels to London now.

Nope, to go to Bruges from Germany, you best use tickets.oebb.at to get free seat reservations : add Eurail as a discount and select one-way tickets. You won't have to enter payment details. I'd choose this route (only 2 changes) :

  • IC Rosenheim - Frankfurt (Main) Hbf 09:02 - 13:40
  • ICE Frankfurt (Main) Hbf - Bruxelles-Midi 14:26 - 17:35
  • IC Bruxelles-Midi - Brugge 17:53 - 18:51 (or any later train)

Brussels - Bruges cannot be booked. Simply before boarding add the train to the app like for any train (in order to get a QR-code, your ticket) and take one of the many trains from Brussels.

Does this look correct to you?

Yes perfect. Add the people and the discount before researching. You won't have to pay anything.

you might have to split the booking in 2 parts because ÖBB often can't handle multiple trains : first Rosenheim - Frankfurt and then Frankfurt - Brussels.

Btw you can still book later if you prefer. There's no quota, etc.

To book Paris - Stuttgart : either you book on eurail.com (2€ fee per person) or you call SNCF : 30€ seat reservation.

It seems to be €17 now (plus any booking fee), also in 1st class.

I’m not quite sure to do with this one. I don’t know what to chose from Rosenheim  and on bahn.com

This is what I get from Paris to stuttgart

You can’t book trains from France to Germany through bahn.com. Please use either eurail.com (2€ booking fee) or call SNCF (no fee). It’s great if it only costs 17€ (+ 2€) in 1st class nowadays. Then definitely choose a direct train to Stuttgart, there are a few ones per day : 06:55, 10:55, 13:55, 15:55 (direct to Munich) and 17:55.

Trains to Germany leave from Paris-Est

Does tgv mean from the airport in Paris? I’m typing in stuttgart but it’s not giving me any options either

I’m in eurail.com trying to get a reservation from Paris east to stuttgart and it is not giving me an option of Stuttgart

Which date you're checking at?

No, TGV means Train à Grande Vitesse or high-speed train. They run from many stations, including Paris Charles-de-Gaulle Airport (CDG).

As said you cannot book trains between France and Germany through bahn.com. Use one of either option above.

I’m in eurail.com trying to get a reservation from Paris east to stuttgart and it is not giving me an option of Stuttgart.” → there are engineering works on a few dates and trains do not stop in Stuttgart. Instead they use alternative stations like Esslingen. What is your travel date ?

Trains run to Stuttgart that day so I’m not sure what you’re doing wrong. Are you on the seat reservations page on eurail.com ?
