Promotional Interrail global continuous use Pass - Can ACTIVATION date & FIRST JOURNEY date be different ?

if I buy a 2month Promotional pass on https://www.myinterrail.co.uk/interrail-pass-sale/ on 10th May,

I know that I have to ACTIVATE it within 11months ie. 09th April, 2023 and I know that the pass will then be valid till 08th June, 2023.

However, does my first Journey need to START on 09th April, 2023 ?

Or can I activate my pass to start on 09th April, 2023 and then start my first journey 10days later - on 19th April, 2023 ?

There is no need to start travelling on the first day when the pass is active so you are fine with start your journey on the 19th of April 2023.
