Bought 2 global interrail passes in Feb 21 and now because of COVID and extra cost of tests etc, we cannot travel.  We are sure it  said they were exchangeable when we booked them but the website says promotional passes are not.  Passes due to start 24 July so urgently need answer.

The important thing is to know what you bought and where you bought it. If you bought your pass from the Interrail website, please check the e-mail you received after your purchase. Does it mention a "Plus upgrade”?
