There are often promotions in November around the time of Black Friday, but these have tended to be for the Global Pass in the past. I remember the Germany pass being discounted too. If you’re not travelling soon, it would be worth waiting until the end of the month, but don’t get your hopes up.

Also note that trains (and all public transport) is free in Luxembourg anyway, so the -lux portion doesn’t hold much value!
