I cannot complete my purchase as  my country of residence, United Kingdom, is not listed on the booking form

Hi Jacquie,

Try looking for “Great Britain”. For practical geographical reasons Interrail categorise Northern Irish trains along with those in the Republic, so you can’t select the United Kingdom as a whole as your country of residence.
