I used now my 5th journey from the Interrail EU pass in Switzerland and suddenly the QR code is not shown in the pass anymore. (Android) Is there any problem? I fear the penalties due to not having a valid pass ...

We need some more information to determine where exactly the issue might be:
- Is your trip still visible in My Trip?
- Is your pass still visible in My Pass?
- Is the “Show ticket” button visible? If so, what happens if you tap on it?
- Were you able to add a journey to your pass earlier today and then show the QR code for today?
- Do you have data? If the internet connection is bad, then it can take minutes for the QR code to show after tapping on “Show ticket”. If you then turn off data (or turn on flight mode), then it should show immediately, if you had generated the QR code earlier with a good data connection.
It was really a bug and the Eurail team published a new App version in the store yesterday. The bug was fixed very quickly within 6 hours just a minute before the conductor came in for checking the QR code. Thanks to all.
