I’ve never done this before!

will someone help me!

I am traveling from U.S. to England then onto France, for a vacation.

How do I buy a train ticket, leaving from England to France then back again?

this is confusing!   is it one travel day/each???   what is the best ticket for me to purchase?

What is best for you depends on how much you intend to travel. You're on the forum for Eurail/Interrail, which are rail passes that only pay off if you do multiple journeys on multiple days.

So make a plan, then check normal train ticket prices (e.g. via Trainline) and then see if a Eurail pass (probably a global pass if you're going from the UK to France) could be more economical (including reservation fees).

Thank you for replying.   If you can help me further…

I am planning to travel from London, England on June 27th, go over Paris for a few days, then

return to London, on July 3rd.

Would this be the correct train or mode of transport for me?  Help, I’m out of my element here.

Train is the best choice for London-Paris.

If those are your only journeys, then just book normal tickets via Eurostar.
