Hello
I have brought seat reservations for few trains using the Rail Europe app. How do I put the coach and seat numbers into my pass in the Rail Planner app? Is it even possible or necessary? I have the trains already saved into ‘My Trips’ in Rail Planner.

You don't. Onboard show both the reservation PDF (or whatever you received from Rail Europe) and the Rail Planner app with the according journey logged.
