Is it possible for my assistant to download and set up my trip on her device and activate my passes, and then I log in on my device and all the trips and passes are there?

It is possible to share a created trip from the railplanner and import it again on another device. This can be done with the trip opened by selecting share as link. The trip can then be imported on another Device by opening the link with the railplanner app
Your Pass should only be added and activated on you Device.
You can move a pass from one phone to another - this bit is straight forward.
But . . . would it not make more sense for your assistant to just do all the setup on your phone in the first place, rather than do it on their phone and then move it all to yours.
Or, are you talking about copying or duplicating the setup from one phone to another because you are both taking the exact same routing?
