Refound of pass bought with lay-by to take an upgrade one with discount

Regards to everyone, 

 

i am evaluating to refound a pass, but it has been bought with lay-by payment. It is still  to pay the third part. How does it work in this case? Then i want to purchaise another pass upgraded but with discount, it is this possible?

You can always buy a new pass with a discount. You need to check with the seller of the first pass about how to return and get that pass refunded.

You can always buy a new pass with a discount. You need to check with the seller of the first pass about how to return and get that pass refunded.

You should check that with whoever is providing you the service of monthly payments. Exchanging a pass means buying a new pass and then requesting a refund. The refund will go back via the payment method used for buying that pass.
