I want a refund. Literally no train are available for the trip I wanted to do this pass is useless. The instruction to request a refund or to "deactivate a pass" are useless too and it says that Im not elligible for a refund even tho i respect all conditions. Is there any other way to get my cash back?

First : which train would you like to take and on which date ? Eurail website is sometimes unreliable so it may not mean that the train you're looking at is full. There are also always alternatives. If you let us know, we'll gladly help you.

About a refund : you are entitled to a 85% refund unless you bought your pass during a promo which excluded this option. See : https://www.eurail.com/en/eurail-passes/ordering-info/refund-exchange-policy
