Refund /Exchange - no response

Hello there,

I have just purchased a Eurail Pass for my friend and a Interrail pass for myself since we wanted to explore Paris coming from Frankfurt but I’m guessing that the website recommended me the wrong pass because I can’t even use the passes for that journey and I would like to exchange the passes or receive a refund. And I sadly haven’t received a response yet which is a huge bummer.
