유레일 패스에 대한 환불을 요청했고 환불이 처리되었다는 확인 이메일을 받았습니다. 그러나 아직 환불된 금액을 받지 못했습니다.

We can't check any status because we are just fellow travellers.

Processing the refund can take a few days or even weeks, depending on your card provider. When did you receive the confirmation from Eurail?
