Srinivasa Malladi

We have traveled paris last few weeks. We could not use 3-day pass due to being unwell and rail strike. We had used only 1 day. Would like to get the refund for the unused portion of pass.

thanks

Unused passes are normally refundable, partially used ones normally not.

But you should contact customer services to get an answer to your request. Provide as much detail as possible.

IF, IF-and that is very uncertian, they will even think of it: they will check what trip 1 would have cost in normal full fares and there is a fair chance that this is so much that there is hardly a € left

This should be an issue for your travel insurance I guess.
