I am trying to make bookings for a family of four, 2 adults and 2 children (under 12) for a trip from Oslo S to Bodoe via Trondheim. I was given to understand that RegionTog trains offer free reservation for First Class holders and that's what I was trying to do. But the App does not give any option for entering the Eurail pass.
Also need a clarification, whether Night trains also offer any such free reservation for First Class pass holders?

On entur.no you can select Interrail/Eurail. Make sure to deselect the preselected "Adult" and only select the number of people travelling with Interrail/Eurail.

You should get the option to make Interrail/Eurail seat reservations if you use the entur website instead of the app. I can see free seat reservations as a result.
Only standard seats are free of charge for 1st class passholders. It doesn't matter if it is a daytime or a night train. Reclining seats and private sleepers cost an extra 500 NOK and 1250 NOK respectively.

You're trying to book a mix pass of holder reservations and normal tickets. That doesn’t work.
If everyone has a pass then please only add pass holders and remove the rest. An adult is selected by default, so maybe that's the problem.
Yes, everyone of us has the same Eurail Global First Class pass. Got this same error.
Later I removed all other passengers and tried only for single passenger and still getting the same error.
