Registering a Covid pass (bought in 2019) that is supposed to be valid in Eurail site.

I tried to register our trip and passes. For both me and my husband, it says “invalid pass cover no.”  On line, it says that the expiration date is extended (original one; November, 2020; now should be November, 2021.) What do I do?
